Find the intersection of FM 1960 and Walters Road. There is a large Walmart Superstore near this intersection and a Shell station at the intersection. Walters Road is also two blocks east of a Home Depot on 1960 and about one mile east of Veterans Memorial Highway.

Go 1½ miles south on Walters Road. At a traffic light, turn left on Sablechase Drive (there is a gas station/convenience store at this corner).

The leasing office is in the third house on the right side of Sablechase Drive.
